Stage 1 <br /> 1 . Purchase of approximately 20 acres of land on the <br /> northerly half of the northeasterly 40 acre section of <br /> the 115 acre disposal area. <br /> 2 . A nominal five acre storage reservoir, having a 10 foot <br /> maximum water depth, 2 . 5 feet of freeboard, embankment <br /> slopes of 3 to 1 interior without erosion protection <br /> and 3 to 1 exterior with grass erosion protection. <br /> 3 . A transfer pump station consisting of a 6 foot diameter <br /> concrete flow structure, two 3 horsepower, 500 gpm <br /> constant speed vertical pumps, and appurtenant 6 and 12 <br /> inch piping and valving. <br /> 4. Maintenance of the existing drainage ditch along the <br /> northerly perimeter of the purchase property to carry <br /> on site surface runoff. <br /> 5 . A new earthen irrigation return ditch along the <br /> southerly and westerly perimeters of the storage site <br /> to collect and convey runoff from the contract farmer' s <br /> disposal operations. <br /> 6. An all weather (compacted aggregate base) access road <br /> to site facilities from Victor Road with a locking <br /> gate. <br /> 7. Perimeter fencing around the storage pond site and <br /> appurtenant structures . <br /> Stage 2 <br /> 1 . An extension of the existing 5 acre pond to create <br /> either a single 10. 5 acre pond or two 5 acre ponds of <br /> similar design. <br /> 2. An extension of the irrigation return ditch as <br /> required. <br /> 3. Appurtenant transfer piping and valving as required. <br />
