Following evaluation of laboratory analytical data, the waste will be disposed of in <br /> accordance with applicable regulations. <br /> Health and Safety <br /> Prior to implementing this work plan, a field health and safety plan (HSP) will be prepared. The <br /> HSP will include: <br /> * Potential physical hazards, <br /> • Potential chemical .hazards, including exposure limits and onsite ,monitoring (if any) and <br /> required safety and personnel protective equipment, <br /> • Personnel training,. <br /> + Emergency information, such as nearest hospital and emergency phone numbers. <br /> A copy of the HSP will be maintained onsite throughout field operations. <br /> SCHEDULE <br /> Contingent upon the availability of drilling contractors,it is anticipated that the field work can begin <br /> within approximately four weeks after approval of this work plan. Field activities will require <br /> approximately one day to complete. A results report will be submitted within four weeks from the <br /> receipt of laboratory analytical results. <br /> j <br />
