ROSE <br /> Unless otherwise specified , all conditions of approval shall <br /> be complied with prior to the submittal of the Parcel Map to <br /> the County Surveyor . <br /> PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT <br /> 1 . A parcel map is required . <br /> 2 . a . Piper Place shall be dedicated and improved within the <br /> subdivision in conformance to County Standards of <br /> 50-foot right-of-way street (Rural and Estate type) . <br /> b . All Improvement Plans and specifications must be <br /> approved by the County of San Joaquin Department of <br /> Public Works prior to approval of the Final Map . <br /> C . If improvements referred to herein are not completed <br /> prior to the approval of the Final Map , the subdivider <br /> shall execute an agreement with the County of San <br /> Joaquin insuring the completion of improvements within <br /> one ( 1 ) year after filing the Final Map . <br /> 3 . Storm drainage shall be contained on each lot . <br /> 4 . A Preliminary Soil Report shall be required . <br /> 5 . Underground utilities are required . Public utility easement <br /> shall be as required by the public utility companies . <br /> LOCAL HEALTH DISTRICT <br /> 1 . Construction of an individual domestic water well under a <br /> well permit and inspection by the Local Health District . <br /> 2 . Percolation test under a permit and inspection by the Local <br /> Health District on all three (3 ) lots and a ten foot soil <br /> profile on Parcel B . <br /> 3 . Construction of an individual sewage disposal system under a <br /> Sanitation Permit and inspection by the Local Health <br /> District . <br /> BUILDING DIVISION <br /> 1 . A grading plan shall be submitted and approved and a grading <br /> permit issued by the Building Inspection Division prior to <br /> performing any excavation or filling of earth material : <br /> 1 . A grading plan shall contain the information listed in <br /> the U .B . C . , Appendix , Chapter 70 , Section 7006 ( 1 ) . <br />
