No vertical data <br /> from directly below tanks. <br /> 02-26-92 PHS-EHD receives workplan for additional soil boring. <br /> 03-02-92 Soil boring installed this date and converted to monitoring well MW#1. <br /> This well is located near the dispenser island. <br /> 11-17-92 PHS-EHD receives a draft report after several attempts to have it <br /> submitted on time. Groundwater contamination confirmed in MW#1. A <br /> review of permits reveals that the shallow municipal well located within <br /> 100 feet of the site has been properly destroyed. <br /> 02-26-93 PHS-EHD receives final report. Three additional MWs and three VWs <br /> recommended. Over-excavation of the diesel and waste oil tank pits <br /> also recommended. <br /> 04-19-93 PHS-EHD sends letter to RP approving proposed work and requests <br /> permit applications be submitted by May 3, 1993. <br /> 05-07-93 PHS-EHD visits site and nearby neighbors to conduct public <br /> 1 <br />
