This is understandable, <br /> however, the consistent delays and noncompliance with submittal deadlines <br /> are creating a burden on this agency and may represent a record of <br /> noncompliance for this site. <br /> Please be advised that it is the role of PHS/EHD in providing oversight for <br /> the assessment and cleanup of underground storage tank sites to insure <br /> compliance with the laws and regulations governing these cleanups. Any <br /> report submitted to PHS/EHD for review by the established due date is <br /> considered to be in compliance.
