Box 2009 0 (1601 East Hazel n A e)Pr <br /> a 95201 <br /> (2 <br /> MARGARET EKHOLM <br /> 1652 DANIELS JUN 0 8 1992 <br /> ESCALON CA 95320 <br /> RE: Ekholm Property SARCB UST FUND PROGRAM CLAIMANT#: 004219 <br /> 1702 Jackson <br /> Escalon, CA <br /> Pursuant to your inquiry about the operating compliance status of <br /> the former underground storage tanks at the above mentioned site, <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br /> Services (PHS/EHD) has breifly reviewed the underground tank file <br /> and has the following comments. <br /> It is documented in the file that all appropriate fees as <br /> required by law for underground storage tanks were paid to this <br /> office from 1986 until the tanks were removed in 1991. <br /> A notation was made in the file in 1988 (the year PHS/EHD began <br /> to issue permits to active underground tank sites) and 1989 to <br /> issue a permit to operate to this site. Copies of these permits <br /> are not in the file, but there is a copy of a permit to operate <br /> for 1990. A copy of the 1990 permit is enclosed for your <br /> records. <br /> In 1991, when the tanks were removed, all appropriate fees and <br /> documentation were submitted to PHS/EHD for the removal. The <br /> tanks were removed under the inspection and guidance of this <br /> office. <br /> It is hoped this letter satisfies your questions on the <br /> compliance of the former underground storage tanks.
