Drilling will be conducted by RESNA/Exceltech <br /> Drilling (C57-622930) <br /> Cored soil samples will be collected above the water table at five foot intervals for identification <br /> by an experienced field geologist Selected soil samples will be submitted to RESNA's state- <br /> certified environmental laboratory in Fremont, California Samples will be analyzed for <br /> benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, xylenes (BTEX), and total petroleum hydrocarbons as gasoline <br /> (TPHG) A minimum of two samples will be submitted for laboratory analysis based on field <br /> observations Drill cuttings will be placed on and covered with plastic sheeting and retained on <br /> site pending laboratory analysis i `"`` ',A � 14, <br /> All field activities will be conducted in accordance with RESNA's July 31, 1991 Preliminary <br /> Report/Workplan and site specific Health and Safety Plans, which were approved by your office <br /> I have enclosed a completed well permit application and associated fees for this additional <br /> boring Drilling is scheduled for February 28, 1992 <br /> F-PLO219 92 <br />
