This tentative division of land shall meet the Rules and Regulations <br /> of San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 549. A percolation test and a minimum <br /> sewage dispoaal area are required for Local Health District approval . A <br /> permit for the percolation test from the Health District is required. <br /> 2. New building must be located a minimum of 10 feet from existing and proposed <br /> septic systems. <br /> 3. Sanitation permit on file indicates a septic system installed for a two <br /> bedroom residence only.
