I <br /> The goal of the site evaluation performed by Public Health Ser ices, Environmental Health <br /> Division (PHS-EHD) is to certify closures of underground storage tank leakage sites pursuant to I <br /> California Code of Regulations, Division 3, Chapter 16, Article 11 (Corrective Action Regulations). <br /> These regulations govern the investigation and mitigation activities at leaking underground <br /> O storage tank sites. To obtain a copy, please contact the SWRCB at(916)657-2390.
