The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been <br /> addressed for VAN G TRUCKING INC as of March 18, 2020. <br /> Open violations from February 07, 2020 inspection <br /> Violation #2 - Failed to complete and electronically submit a hazardous materials business plan. <br /> The facility's business plan was not submitted electronically to the California Environmental Reporting System <br /> (CERS). <br /> As of January 1, 2013, all businesses were required to submit all business plans electronically. Immediately log into <br /> the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for <br /> approval. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation #3 - Failed to establish and implement a hazardous materials business plan. <br /> A Hazardous Materials Business Plan has not been established or implemented. <br /> A Hazardous Materials Business Plan shall be established and implemented for emergency response to a release <br /> or threatened release of a hazardous material when storing hazardous materials at or above the thresholds <br /> quantities of 55 gallons for materials that are liquids, 500 pounds for solids, or 200 cubic feet for compressed gas, at <br /> standard temperature and pressure. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the required information, and submit for review by the EHD. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation#4- Failed to complete and/or submit the Business Activities or Owner/Operator Identification <br /> page. <br /> The Business Owner/Operator Identification form was not submitted. <br /> This information must be current and submitted as part of the business plan.
