The aggregate base will be disposed of by utilizing <br /> it in pavement sections requiring aggregate base which is <br /> overlayed by asphaltic concrete. The aggregate base will be <br /> used only on projects where the groundwater is not near the <br /> surface. It is anticipated that the material will be used <br /> in northern San Joaquin County, Amador or Calaveras <br /> Counties. A log will be maintained (See Plate V) to record <br /> where the baserock is placed. A copy of the log will be <br /> provided to Wm. J. Hunter and Assoc. to include in the final <br /> report to the S.J. PHS/EHD. <br /> 5. Operations will be observed by W. J. Hunter & <br /> Associates. That firm will prepare a final report with a <br /> request for closure after the operation is complete. <br /> 6. The schedule for this remediation procedure is as <br /> follows and will commence within 3 weeks of County approval <br /> of the plan: <br /> Transport Material to Aggregate Base Plant - 2 days <br /> Process Material into Aggregate Baserock - 3 days <br /> Transport Material to Temporary Stockpile - 2 days <br /> Place Material into Road Sections - Dependent on demand <br /> of product. Estimate all materials will be used within <br /> 2 months of processing. <br />
