KettIemen Lane, Lodi, Ca. 95240 <br /> Dear Mr Gillespie <br /> At your request, Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc (AGE) sampled the soil stockpile at 248 E <br /> Kettlemen Lane in Lodi, California <br /> In December 1994 an excavation in the area of the former UST was conducted in an effort to remove <br /> residual soil contamination Under the supervision of the San Joaquin County Public Health Services <br /> Environmental Health Division(PHS/EHD) soil sampling of the tank pit was conducted 22 December <br /> r• 1994 Analytical results of the samples indicated no residual contamination in the tank pit boundaries <br /> The soil excavated from the pit was stockpiled in the southwestern portion of the site <br /> On 6 August 1995, under the direction of the PHS/EHD, AGE collected twelve soil samples from <br /> the stockpile Samples were collected from each distinct pile location, in an attempt to distinguish <br /> soil contamination levels Soil samples were transported under chain-of-custody to McCampbell <br /> Analytical Inc (MAI) of Pacheco, California The soil samples were analyzed for total petroleum <br /> hydrocarbons quantified as gasoline and volatile aromatic (benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene and <br /> xylenes) by EPA methods 8015m and 602, respectively Analytical results of the soil samples <br /> indicated that residual petroleum contamination was not present in the stockpile Enclosed you will <br /> find a copy of the analytical results and chain-of-custody of the sampling event <br /> The opportunity to perform this service is always appreciated and if you have any question please call <br /> our office at (209)956-0264 <br /> Advanced GeoEnviron mental, Inc. <br /> William Little <br /> Staff Geologist <br /> •� cc Mr Steve Sasson(PHS/EHD) <br /> I S03 Wc,,t Maid L ine, Suite A, Siockton,Cahturnia 95207 <br /> Telephone (209)956-0264 FAX(209)956-0700 <br />
