(Ground Zero) submits this Summary Report on behalf of Taylored <br /> Tours to summarize subsurface investigation activities conducted at the subject property(Figure 1). <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION <br /> i <br /> 1.1 Purpose <br /> h <br /> 1 I} <br /> The purpose of the subsurface investigation was to determine;the extent of soil contamination by an i <br /> unauthorized release of diesel fuel from a former underground storage tank (UST) and associated <br /> dispenser located at the facility. If <br /> 1.2 Resources <br /> I� <br /> Sean Garvey, a Ground Zero geologist, directed fieldwork on November 22, 1999. Fisch <br /> Environmental (Fisch), a State licensed drilling company (C57-683865), performed drilling <br /> services. Argon Laboratories, Inc. (Argon), a California state-certified hazardous waste testing ' <br /> laboratory (FLAP 2359), completed the laboratory analyses for all samples. The investigation was <br /> performed under the direct supervision of John Lane, California Registered Geologist 6795. <br /> 2.0 BACKGROUND INFORMATION <br /> .i <br /> 2.1 Site Description <br /> ,5 <br /> The site is currently operated as a Tour Bus facility. The facility previously utilized one 10,000- <br /> gallon UST and one 12,000-gallon UST for storage of diesel fuel. The USTs and associated <br /> hardware were removed under permit from San Joaquin County Public Health Services, <br /> Environmental Health Division (PHS/EHD) on November 12, 1998.
