For discussion purposes, <br /> this letter is organized by discharge option. <br /> Disposal to City of Lodi Treatment Works <br /> As stated in your letter to ARCO dated June 26, 1991), this is not an alternative in light of the <br /> City of Lodi's failure to approve such a discharge. <br /> -Disposal to Surface Drainage-Channel Under an National=Pollutant: - - <br /> Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Permit <br /> We are pursuing this as the preferred option. The Woodbridge Irrigation District (Wood- <br /> bridge) will decide on our request to discharge intD their canal at their board meeting on <br /> August 7, 1990. This request was contained in a Brown and Caldwell letter to Woodbridge, <br /> on behalf of ARCO, dated July 12, 1990, of whichyour-office was sent a copy. See also the <br /> City of Lodi's letter dated July 23, 1990, a copy of which was provided to your office. <br /> Disposal to Off-Site Areas for Irrigation <br /> This option has been suggested by the board and byte City of Lodi (personal communication <br /> with Fran Forcas, Director of Public Works). We consider this a viable alternative only if the <br />
