Kettleman <br /> Lodi, CA 95240 <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br /> Division (PHS/EHD) did not receive any comments from the public <br /> during the public comment period for your Final Remediation Plan. <br /> A copy of the Public Notice published in the Lodi News-Sentinel is <br /> enclosed for your records. <br /> PHS/EHD still has not received verifications from Universal <br /> Engineering, Gibson Oil, and Anderson Landfill for soil and water <br /> removed from this site. <br /> PHS/EHD has reviewed the quarterly report dated October 16, 1991, <br /> prepared by Brown and Caldwell which covers sampling completed in <br /> July 1991 for this site. It was noted by our staff during a site <br /> inspection on July 23, 1991 that the Well Wizard dedicated pump <br /> system has fittings for air and water extraction which extend <br /> through the sanitary seal on the wells and are not properly sealed. <br /> It was stated at the time of the inspection that a solution to the <br /> problem was being developed.
