a <br /> PUBLIC NOTI E <br /> NOTICE OF FINDINGS REGARDING <br /> SITE MITIGATIO PLAN <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a corrective action plan for <br /> remediation of an underground leaking storage tank site located at <br /> 501 W. Kettleman Lane, in the City of Lodi (APN031-190-28) on the <br /> northwest corner of the intersecti n of Kettleman Lane, and <br /> Hutchins Street, has been reviewed b San Joaquin County Public r <br /> Health Services, Environmental Health ivision(PHS/EHD) . The plan j <br /> is a proposal for mitigation of azardous substances which <br /> contaminated the site due to unauthorized releases associated with ' <br /> underground storage tanks (UST) which ere located on the property. <br /> i <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br /> Division, Local UST Oversight Program, has made a tentative <br /> determination that the plan is in compliance with local, State and <br /> Federal laws and regulations and that the resultant work will not <br /> create significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed the <br /> benefits to be gained from cleanup of the contamination. <br /> The corrective action plan is available for public review at the <br /> Lodi Public Library, 201 W. Locust, L di, and PHS/EHD, 445 N. San i <br /> Joaquin Street, Stockton, California, during normal working hours, <br /> 8: 00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. If a written zequest by any member of the i <br /> public for a public hearing is not received by PHS/EHD by September <br /> 30, 1991, the tentative decision shall become final on that date <br /> and time. <br /> All requests for public hearings must be filed in writing to <br /> PHS/EHD at P.O. Box 2009, Stockton, 95201.
