Responses to your comments <br /> follow the chronology of your letter. <br /> 1. Final Remedial Plan/Corrective Action Plan (FRP) <br /> You requested a draft FRP be submitted b June 15, 1991. We anticipate submitting <br /> the draft FRP by June 28, 1991. A copy of the draft FRP will be made available for <br /> review at the Public Records section of th Lodi Public Library and at your offices <br /> starting June 28, 1991. <br /> Please provide us with a copy of the public notice once it is available. <br /> 2. Selection of Remedial Alternatives <br /> We are aware of the requirements under ections 280.66 'and 280.67, Subpart F of <br /> 40CFR regarding your approval of a final corrective action. As you acknowledge in <br /> your letter,we are in the process of obtainir g a NPDES permit for discharge of treated <br /> groundwater. The soil vapor extraction q ad treatment system is permitted and we <br /> anticipate starting it the fust week in June 1 91. These self-initiated cleanup measures <br /> will be incorporated in the corrective actiori plan. <br /> 3. Disposition of Soil and Water; Fecal Co iform Tests <br /> The verifications from Universal Engineering, Gibson Oil, and Anderson Landfill will <br /> be included in the FRP. Per your request, monitoring wells W-lA, W-10, W-11, <br /> W-12, and E-1 were retested for total and fi=l coliform on February 1, 1991, as part <br /> of the first quarterly sampling for 1991. The analytical results are included in the <br /> quarterly report for that sampling episode. <br />
