Tracy Blvd. , Tracy ARCO Facility #2093 <br /> PHS/EHD contact - Harlin Knoll <br /> Groundwater and soil contamination exist both on and off site. <br /> ARCO stated a vapor extraction system would be installed after <br /> receiving an "Authority to Construct" from SJVUAPCD. <br /> Construction should begin and be completed during the second <br /> quarter of 1995. Onsite remediation will be on line and <br /> operating by the third quarter of 1995 according to ARCO and <br /> Brown and Caldwell. Offsite contamination in monitoring well <br /> MW8 will not be incorporated into the initial system design <br /> but will be monitored and managed in the future. <br /> 85 E. The possibility of evaluating this site for closure <br /> will be discussed at the next quarterly meeting. <br />
