The purpose <br /> of testing is for demonstration of compliance with Air Permit No N-1081-1-0, Conditions 4, <br /> 5, and 7. The period of testing was for the month of April 1995 On April 24, 1995, the <br /> biofilter replaced the catalytic oxidizer as a treatment device, as permitted through the San <br /> Joaquin Valley Unified Air Pollution Control Distract. Therefore, this letter presents the last <br /> compliance report for the catalytic oxidizer.
