Brown and Caldwell Consultants requests permission to install one monitoring well on city property near 1340 South Hutchins Street, and one monitoring well on city property near municipal well 12. The approximate well locations are shown on Figure 1. , The purposes of the wells are to determine whether hydrocarbons in the groundwater beneath ARCO Station 434 have migrated from beneath the ARCO site. The wells will be installed as a part of the investigation Brown and Caldwell is conducting for ARCO. Well installation will take i or 2 days per well and involve drilling with a truck-mounted rig. Underground Services Alert will Bark the location of all underground lines prior to the drilling. i The sidewalk will be left in the same condition as we find it with the exception of the well cover box, which will he flush with the sidewalk surface.
