INTRODUCTION <br /> At the request of Mr Pete Graffinga,Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc (AGE) has prepared this _ <br />' Quarterly Report for 1301 West Kettleman Lane (the site), Lodi, California The site and the <br /> surrounding area are illustrated on Figure 1 Structures,boring and well locations are Illustrated on <br /> Figure 2 Site background Information is summarized Appendix A Soil and ground water analytical <br />' data from the current and previous Investigations can be found in Tables 3 through 5 <br />' This report documents the procedures and results of monitoring well installation,well development <br /> and soil boring advancement and sampling performed in April 2004, and ground water monitoring <br /> and sampling performed in May 2004 This report also documents the well elevation survey <br />' performed in July 2004 <br /> This report has been prepared in accordance with guidelines issued by the California Regional Water <br />' Quality Control Board(RWQCB)-Central Valley Region for investigation of underground storage <br /> tank (UST) sites <br /> lie 2.0. PROCEDURES <br />' Field work was performed in accordance with guidelines issued by the Central Valley Regional <br /> Water Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB) for the investigation of underground storage tanks <br /> (UST) sites Ground water monitoring procedures for the site were outlined in a Preliminary Site <br />' Assessment Work Plan, dated 30 June 1999, prepared by AGE and approved by the San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department (SJCEHD) by letter dated 07 July 1999 <br /> r <br />' 2 1 MONITORING WELL INSTALLATION DEVELOPMENT AND SURVEY <br />' One pilot boring was advanced on 21 April 2004`for collection of soil samples and installation of <br /> a ground water monitoring well(MW5) The monitoring well was developed on 22 April 2004 and <br />' surveyed on 08 July 2004 <br />' 2 1 1 Drilling and Sampling <br /> Pilot boring, MW5,was advanced in the City of Lodi right-of-way approximately 130 feet south of <br />' monitoring well MW2 for the purpose of delineating the lateral extent of MTBE dissolved in ground <br /> • water The pilot boring was advanced utilizing a truck mounted CME-75 drill ng equipped with <br /> 8 25-inch diameter hollow-stem augers to a total depth of 65 feet below surface grade(bsg) The drill <br />' Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc <br />
