A complete description of work performed must be submitted within 10 days of <br /> completing the repair. <br /> 2. If any piping is to be repaired or replaced Environmental Health must be notified so <br /> that an inspection can be arranged. Per Environmental Health assessment of findings, <br /> new plans and a permit application may be required to be submitted. <br /> 3. All piping and equipment used must bear a UL label and be compatible with existing <br /> piping per manufacturer's guidelines. <br /> 4. Call EHD prior to backfilling so that the following inspections can be made: <br /> a. Evaluation of cathodic protection <br /> b. 30 minute primary and secondary line tightness test <br /> c. Piping soap test <br /> d. 24 hour lake test (if dispenser pans or sumps are repaired/replaced) <br /> 5. Soil sampling may be necessary per Environmental Health assessment. <br /> 6. After completion of work, a line tightness test must be performed by a certified third <br /> party technician on all exposed piping. Results must be sent to Environmental Health <br /> within 10 days of completing the repair. <br /> 7. If concrete is broken near the underground storage tank, a tank integrity test will be <br /> required. <br /> 8. A final inspection may be required pending work performed. <br /> 9.
