(Cambria) <br /> is submitting this report summarizing the upgrade inspection conducted on March 5 and 16, 1998 <br /> at the referenced site. Presented herein are the site conditions observed, inspection activities <br /> conducted, and conclusions drawn. <br /> SITE CONDITIONS <br /> The site is located on the southeast corner of the intersection of Moreland Court and Hammer <br /> Lane in Stockton, California. The properties surrounding the site are primarily commercial. <br /> This Shell-branded service station was recently upgraded by Elite IV Contractors, Incorporated <br /> (Elite IV) of Stockton, California. During the site inspection, Elite IV was in the process of <br /> upgrading fuel and waste oil overspill containment. Rectangular areas centered on the fill and <br /> vapor return risers were excavated to an approximate depth of 3 feet below grade. Additionally, <br /> approximately 16 square feet of concrete surrounding the original waste oil overspill bucket was <br /> removed, allowing the contractor to expose the waste oil fill riser and overspill bucket as well. <br /> INSPECTION ACTIVITIES AND OBSERVATIONS <br /> Oakland, CA <br /> Sonoma, CA Personnel Present Dates Present Title Company /Dept. <br /> Portland, OR Mike Prinz 3/5, 3/16 Staff Engineer Cambria <br /> Seattle, WA Chuck Dowdy 3/5 Site Foreman Elite IV <br /> Cambria Mike Brown 3/16 Site Foreman Elite IV <br /> Environmental <br /> Technology, Inc.
