The properties surrounding the site are primarily commercial.
This Shell-branded service station was recently upgraded by Elite IV Contractors, Incorporated
(Elite IV) of Stockton, California. During the site inspection, Elite IV was in the process of
upgrading fuel and waste oil overspill containment. Rectangular areas centered on the fill and
vapor return risers were excavated to an approximate depth of 3 feet below grade. Additionally,
approximately 16 square feet of concrete surrounding the original waste oil overspill bucket was
removed, allowing the contractor to expose the waste oil fill riser and overspill bucket as well.
INSPECTION ACTIVITIES AND OBSERVATIONS
Oakland, CA
Sonoma, CA Personnel Present Dates Present Title Company /Dept.
Portland, OR Mike Prinz 3/5, 3/16 Staff Engineer Cambria
Seattle, WA Chuck Dowdy 3/5 Site Foreman Elite IV
Cambria Mike Brown 3/16 Site Foreman Elite IV
Environmental
Technology, Inc.
