B. Industrial <br /> Dried waste from the following Sherwin-Williams' Industrial products currently supplied <br /> to G. B. Industrial: <br /> POLANE'-" 2.8 T Plus Polyurethane Enamels (F63 series) <br /> POWDURA Powder Coatings <br /> Epoxy Primers <br /> does not meet any criteria defined by the EPA under the Resource Conservation and <br /> Recovery Act (RCRA) for defining hazardous wastes. These products contain no <br /> reportable levels of RCRA heavy metals. Based upon our knowledge of these products, <br /> dried film from these products does not meet the criteria for corrosivity, reactivity, <br /> ignitability, or TCLP extractability. <br /> As a result, dried waste from these products could be disposed of in a regular landfill <br /> under the RCRA guidelines. Disposal of the dried waste in a hazardous waste landfill is <br /> not required under federal regulations. State and local authorities should be consulted <br /> to determine if any state or local disposal regulations apply. <br /> This statement applies to these products as currently formulated.
