(AGE) has prepared this Phase 11 Site Assessment Report for the property at 1755 West 11th Street, Tracy, California (the property or subject property). The scope of work included advancement of twelve soil borings for collection of soil and grab ground water samples. The location of the property is illustrated in Figure 1. Major features on the property and soil boring locations are illustrated in Figure 2. 1.0. INTRODUCTION/BACKGROUND A Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Report(Report)was recently completed for the property by Kleinfelder. Kleinfelder identified several"recognized environmental concerns" (RECs) for the property. Based upon the report, AGE performed an environmental site assessment in the areas of potential concern. 2.0. SOIL PROBE BORING ADVANCEMENT On 01 and 02 November 2011, AGE advanced twelve soil borings (131 through B12)at the site. Borings B1 through B3 were advanced along the northern property boundary, borings B4 and B5 were advanced along the eastern property boundary, borings B6 and B7 were advanced along the southern property boundary, and borings B8 through B12 were advanced in various locations throughout the center of the site. Soil boring locations are illustrated in Figure 2.
