(AGE) has prepared this Phase 11 Site <br /> Assessment Report for the property at 1755 West 11th Street, Tracy, California (the <br /> property or subject property). The scope of work included advancement of twelve soil <br /> borings for collection of soil and grab ground water samples. The location of the property <br /> is illustrated in Figure 1. Major features on the property and soil boring locations are <br /> illustrated in Figure 2. <br /> 1.0. INTRODUCTION/BACKGROUND <br /> A Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Report(Report)was recently completed for the <br /> property by Kleinfelder. Kleinfelder identified several"recognized environmental concerns" <br /> (RECs) for the property. Based upon the report, AGE performed an environmental site <br /> assessment in the areas of potential concern. <br /> 2.0. SOIL PROBE BORING ADVANCEMENT <br /> On 01 and 02 November 2011, AGE advanced twelve soil borings (131 through B12)at the <br /> site. Borings B1 through B3 were advanced along the northern property boundary, borings <br /> B4 and B5 were advanced along the eastern property boundary, borings B6 and B7 were <br /> advanced along the southern property boundary, and borings B8 through B12 were <br /> advanced in various locations throughout the center of the site.
