Schulte Road Tracy,CA 95304 RE: Permission to Enter— 11th Street East Tracy OH Bridge Project APN: 250-240-07 Dear Property Owner: We are writing in regards to the City of Tracy's 11th Street East Tracy Overhead Bridge Project, which is in its design phase. As part of this reconnaissance,Drake Haglan and Associates along with its subconsultants,under contract to the City of Tracy, will be conducting studies throughout the area. In the performance of these studies it may be necessary to enter upon your land identified by San Joaquin County Assessor's Parcel Number 250-240-07. The information obtained in these studies will be used in the design and environmental analysis of the proposed project. The following will be performed on the property: 1. Soils Testin&: a. Hazardous Materials Sampling: Geocon will advance borings on private properties at locations specified on Exhibit 1. This drilling will consist of advancing borings to 2.5 to 5 feet below ground surface and collecting sail samples. The drilling will be performed using 3-inch-diameter hand auger equipment or a pickup truck-mounted direct push rig equipped with 2-inch-diameter drill rods. Upon completion,each hand auger borings hole will be backfilled with soil cuttings and the direct push borings will be backfilled with cement grout and the site will be left as is. The enclosed Right of Entry Agreement form is the City of Tracy's formal request for permission to enter your property. If you would please sign and date the enclosed form within the next five days and return it to the City, your cooperation would be greatly appreciated.A return envelope is enclosed with paid postage for your convenience. A copy of the Right of Entry Agreement form will be returned to you once the City of Tracy has signed it.
