HEALTH AND SAFETY PLAN DRAFT
STOCKTON, CA
the greatest evidence of impacts to potentially vertically delineate impacted soil. If no evidence of
impacts is observed, the samples will be collected from the direct contact zone (approximately 0-2 ft
bgs), and from the depth interval above the groundwater table, and/or from the boring terminus if
groundwater is not encountered. Soil and groundwater samples will be collected for volatile organic
compounds (VOCs), petroleum hydrocarbons, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), and priority
pollutant metals. Groundwater will be collected by grab sampling.
Task 3 — Surface Completions
Following the sampling of the soil borings, the drilling contractor will destroy the sampling locations
and complete the surface of the sampling locations to match the existing grade. Materials derived
from the investigation, including drill cuttings and decontamination solutions will be disposed of in 55-
gallon drums. The drums will be sealed and labelled appropriately, stored at a single secure location
on the site, and be disposed of appropriately off-site.
Introduction RamboII Environ
