CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> MS-89-66 <br /> Akira & James Komatsu <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all conditions of approval shall be <br /> complied with prior to the approval of the Parcel Map. <br /> 1. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> a. A parcel map is required. <br /> b. A 22-foot wide roadway dedication is required on <br /> Peltier road along the frontage of APN 013-150-01. <br /> C. "Unsurveyed Remainder" shall be designated as Parcel 2, <br /> but shall not be required to be surveyed or monumented. <br /> 2. LOCAL HEALTH DISTRICT <br /> a. This proposed dividion of lard shall meet the Rules and <br /> Regulations of San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 549. A <br /> percolation test and a sewage disposal area as <br /> determined by the percolation test are required for <br /> Parcel A, for Local Health District approval. A permit <br /> for the percolation test from the Health District is <br /> required. <br />
