(AGE) has <br /> prepared this Limited Phase//Site Assessment Work Plan for the property located at 1810 <br /> South Fresno Avenue, Stockton, California. The location of the site is illustrated on Figure <br /> 1. A plan of the site is illustrated on Figure 2. <br /> This work plan is prepared as required by the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department (SJCEHD) for procurement of a Drilling Permit. A Well and Boring Permit <br /> Application, Master File Record(MFR) and associated fees are attached. Upon SJCEHD <br /> approval of the permit package, AGE will schedule field work. AGE will provide SJCEHD <br /> with a minimum of 72-hours prior notice for a grout inspection. <br /> INTRODUCTION <br /> The property is undergoing an potential transfer of ownership. The historical usage of the <br /> property is agricultural. Additionally, several contaminated sites are located near the <br /> subject property. To determine if contamination from the historical usage or surrounding <br /> sites have impacted the subject property, a series of shallow soil probe borings will be <br /> advanced for collection of soil and groundwater samples. <br /> SCOPE OF WORK <br /> A total of four shallow borings will be advanced at the site. Three soil borings will be <br /> advanced along the western, southwestern and southern property boundaries. One boring <br /> will be advanced near the east-center portion of the property. Borings will be advanced to <br /> depths of approximately 10 feet below surface grade(bsg).
