As noted on the survey, 'there is an existing dirt road along the south property line. 2 . The site is approximately 15 to .20 feet above the current water level of the river. 5 . Describe the existing vegetation on-site and the percentage of the site it covers (map any significant vegetation stands and all mature trees 6" or greater in diameter )The entire site is currently- covered by scrub grasses Any trees on the site are on or down the existing -embankment next to the river.
