performed on the above referenced property under my
direction in conformance with San Joaquin Ordinance No . 549 .
The specific location of the percolation test holes are
shown on the accompanying Parcel Detail Map .
The percolation test holes resulted in percolation
rates of 8 minutes per inch for Parcel No . 1 , and 480
minutes per inch for each of the Parcel Nos . 2 and 3 .
A 6 ,000 sq . ft . minimum usable sewage disposal area is
recommended for Parcel No . 1 . This determination is based on
a location on Parcel No . 1 which used to be a sump area for
collecting alfalfa irrigation water , but is no longer
needed for grape farming , and has been filled in with
material obtained from elsewhere than on the limits of Mr .
Meckenlaible 's property . In the event that the planned leach
field would be located at other than in this old sump area
which has been filled in , additional percolation testing
and minimum usable disposal area determinations will be
needed .
Additional percolation testing or increasing each of
the parcel sizes to three acres for Parcel Nos . 2 and 3 is
recommended before a final decision on a sewage diusposal
system is determined for these two parcels . Mr . Delbert
