Cobun: <br /> RE : Amended Conditions of Approval <br /> Application No. MS- 89-49 <br /> This letter is meant to inform you of the Department of Public <br /> Work-s decision to amend its conditions of approval on your <br /> Minor Subdivision. application. That decision would allow you to <br /> defer the frontage improvements which were a part of the <br /> original conditions of approval . The attached Amended <br /> Conditions of Approval reflect this change and contain the rest <br /> of the conditions (which have not changed ) . <br /> If , after reviewing the amended conditions , you feel the <br /> concerns which led to the filing of your appeal have been <br /> resolved , I would ask you to withdraw that appeal in writing . <br /> If the withdrawal letter is received promptly , the Planning <br /> Division will be able to process a full refund of the appeal <br /> fee . Should the amended conditions fail to fully address your <br /> concerns and you intend to further pursue the appeal , please <br /> contact me so that I may continue processing the application. <br /> A ten ( 10) day appeal period is required from the date this <br /> letter is sent out . The appeal period will expire on APRIL 10 , <br /> 1989 at 5 : 00 p .m. If not appealed , the action will be final at <br /> that time. <br /> The approval is still valid until MARCH 9 , 1991 . Unless <br /> otherwise specified , all conditions of approval must be met <br /> prior to this date . <br />
