CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> MS-89-43 <br /> Steven & Rhonda Ramsey <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all conditions of approval shall be <br /> complied with prior to the approval of the Parcel Map. <br /> 1. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> a. A parcel map is required. <br /> b. A 5-foot wide roadway dedication is required on Charles <br /> Street, and Report Avenue along the frontage of APN <br /> 143-160-35, with a 20' x 20' road return (snipe) at the <br /> corner. <br /> C. Public water, public sewer and terminal drainage shall <br /> be provided. <br /> d. An application shall be made to segregate the East <br /> Stockton Sewer Project assessment for this property. <br /> (A $250.00 fee plus $15.00 per lot, prior to <br /> segregation is required for processing per Ordinance <br /> No. 3337.) <br /> 2. LOCAL HEALTH DISTRICT <br /> a. Connection to an approved public water supply system is <br /> required. A letter from the water supplier will be <br /> required stating that they have the capacity to serve <br /> the development and that the system meets State <br /> standards prior to recording the final map. <br /> b. Connection to a public sewer system is required. A <br /> will serve letter will be required from the sewer <br /> district stating that they have the capacity to serve <br /> the proposed project prior to recording the final map. <br />
