The August 292, 1 95 sampling of Monitoring Well 11
did not detect any petroleum constituents.
PHS-EHO recommends a confirmatory groundwater ample be analyzed 30 days from
the August 22, 1995 sampling event. Data from the nfirmatory sampling event shall
be compiled into an addendum closure letter report tc the August 31, 1995 report. The
closure report should attempt to calculate the potentiaJ threat, if any, that the remaining
residual soil may be to groundwater.
Following our receipt and review of the closure report., should the confirmatory sample
of Monitoring Well 7-1r1 be absent of petroleum hydrocarbons, PHS-EHE) will direct you to
decommission the monitoring well under permit and kispection. A site certification/
closure letter will follow the decommissioning activity.
A Division of San doapuiu County Hed1h Care Services
r .
