This work plan was prepared by Condor Earth <br /> Technologies, Inc., (Condor),at the request of Mr. Charlie Lawlor of Di Salvo Trucking. The location of <br /> the Di Salvo - Lathrop facility is shown on the attached figure. <br /> Ms. Diane Hinson of SJCPHS,EHD indicated on October 30, 1995, that in order to discharge <br /> petroleum contaminated groundwater stored in the 21,000-gallon Baker tank located on site, laboratory <br /> analyses of the stored water must indicate no evidence of hydrocarbon contamination at or above <br /> reported laboratory detection limits. Laboratory analyses of a sample collected from the stored water on <br /> September 6, 1995, indicated 0.13 mg/L diesel.
