CONDOR EARTH KOLOGIES, INC. <br /> HEALTH AND SAFE PROCEDURES <br /> SYN For <br /> Di Salvo Trneldn Faeility <br /> 1444 Lathrop Road <br /> 1 Lathrop, Cali ornia <br /> Condor Earth Technologies, Inc. has adopted th following health and safety procedures for <br /> working with organic vapors and liquid contaminants encountered during investigative drilling, <br /> E <br /> excavation and sampling operations. <br /> All work will be done in accordance with curre t OSHA regulations and all personnel <br /> working within the exclusion zone will have completed a 40-hour OSHA training course. A tailgate <br /> safety meeting will be held prior to commencement of work each day and a site-specific Health and <br /> Safety Plan will be discussed with and presented to all crew members for their signatures. <br /> 1.0 - SITE ACCESS <br /> Access to the project site shall be limited by the site perimeter. In no case shall the exclusion zone for <br /> r-' all non-authorized personnel be less than 20 feet froin the borehole/excavation location. No smoking <br /> will be allowed in the exclusion zone. <br /> 2.0 - SITE MANAGER <br /> The site manager shall coordinate all activities of eq iipment and personnel at the project site. Site <br /> "-' manager responsibilities will include the following: <br /> 1. Limiting access within the site perimeter to uthorized personnel. <br /> 2. Providing written log of on-site activities and events. <br /> r <br /> 3. On-site containment of potentially contaminated drill cuttings and water. <br /> 4. Monitoring ambient air vapor concentratio ns on the site perimeter. <br /> w , <br /> 5. Notification of regulatory agencies during emergency procedures. <br /> 6.
