The <br /> r following conditions apply: <br /> 1 . Item 7 (a) , based on your entry for 7 (c) , I have answered <br /> F-- eyes" on whether decontamination of the tank and piping will <br /> occur prior to removal . <br /> 2 . Item 9, one (1) sample per tank of less than 1, 000 gallon <br /> capacity taken beneath fill or pump. <br /> 3 . Item 10, if the tank pit is to be backfilled with the <br /> excavated soil prior to obtaining the analytical results of the <br /> F stockpile, the tank pit shall be lined with plastic prior to <br /> backfilling. <br /> ` 4 . Soil samples shall be tested a leaded gas and diesel. <br /> 5 .
