CORRAL HOLLOW ROAD, APPLICATION <br /> FOR UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANK CLOSURE PERMIT. <br /> The above referenced permit application for the removal of two <br /> underground storage tanks has been CONDITIONALLY APPROVED. The <br /> following conditions apply: <br /> 1 . Item 7 (a) , based on your entry for 7 (c) , I have answered <br /> "Yes" on whether decontamination of the tank and piping will <br /> occur prior to removal . <br /> 2 . Item 9, one (1) sample per tank of less than 1, 000 gallon <br /> capacity taken beneath fill or pump <br /> 3 . Item 10 , if the tank pit is to be backfilled with the <br /> excavated soil prior to obtaining the analytical results of the <br /> stockpile, the tank pit shall be lined with plastic prior to <br /> backfilling. <br /> 4 . Soil samples shall be tested as leaded gas and diesel. <br /> 5 . Due to the high groundwater level, please be prepared for <br /> water samples if there is water present in the tank pit . <br /> This property has been previously determined to have petroleum <br /> contamination, attached is a copy of testing protocols for the <br /> contaminants and a letter from the California Regional Water <br /> Quality Control Board. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Heaith Care Services <br />
