Weber Ave., Third Floor
Stockton, California 95202
RE: Pombo Ranch Property at 24100& 24124 S Lammers Road, Tracy, California
Please find enclosed our Soil and Groundwater Sat pling Report for the work conducted ,
at the above referenced property. As you already know, petroleum contamination was
disclosed in both the soil and groundwater near the ormer underground tanks.
Since the buyer and seller are both anxious to resolve the matter we included verbiage,
and a proposed boring location map, in the report for a next phase of sampling. This
proposal for additional work should serve as an addendum to our original work plan. We
will need to gather more information on the groundwater gradient'in this area prior to
conducting the work and determining the actual bor ng locations.
If you have any questions do not hesitate to give us Et call.
Sincerely,
r
Michael J.
