Lathrop Road,Lathrop, CA <br /> The analytical program proposed for the soil assessment is intended to address current and past uses that <br /> may have impacted the subsurface soils. In order to perform a comprehensive sampling program,ESA will <br /> contract a state-certified laboratory to analyze soil samples for total petroleum hydrocarbons(TPH)as <br /> gasoline, diesel, and motor,oil using a TPH multi-scan test(Method SW 8015C), oil and grease(EPA <br /> 1 Method 5520), CAM-17 metals (EPA Method 6010C), organochlorine pesticides and PCBs (EPA Method <br /> 8081B), and in areas of suspected,recent gasoline fuel spills, aromatic hydrocarbons benzene, toluene, <br /> ethylbenzne and xylene(BTEX) with MTBE. <br /> In addition to soil samples collected at the bottom of the soil boring, ESA will also, based on conditions and <br /> discretion of the field geologist, collect soil samples from depths ranging from 6 to 24 inches beneath the <br /> ground surface.
