Lathrop Road,Lathrop, CA <br /> Enclosed are the following documents: <br /> • Well Permit Application Form for the five soil borings to be done at 1520 E.Lathrop Road,Lathrop, <br /> California. <br /> • Letter form workplan with a drawing of the boring locations. <br /> • Master File Record Information form/Court Order for Prejudgment Possession and Access for Testing <br /> The site where we will betaking soil samples is owned by Laro Coal and Iron Company,and is a portion of <br /> APN 198-040-11. The site was a formerly a portion of parcel 198-040-08, which has recently been split into <br /> two separate parcels. This particular site is under court order to allow the soil boring work to be completed <br /> by Wednesday,March 5, 2003. Due to these unusual circumstances, we are requesting that you expedite this <br /> request for approval of the enclosed workplan and permit. <br /> We were unable to fill out and have signed the Master File Record Information form. However,as you can <br /> see by the attached Court Order, we are allowed access to the site for obtaining soil samples on behalf of our <br /> client, South San Joaquin Irrigation District, within five days after service of the Order on the property <br /> owner. All the owner information that we have is on the Court Order. <br /> Peter Hudson in our San Francisco office will be sending out tomorrow by federal express,to be delivered to <br /> you on Monday, a check in the amount of$365.00.
