Properties abutting the subject property include the <br /> following: <br /> • North: Lathrop Road followed by a large,fenced property owned and operated <br /> by the Defense Distribution Depot San Joaquin SHARPE Site <br /> • East: An undeveloped lot, currently used as a horse pasture <br /> • South: The previously mentioned horse pasture and a building,which is an <br /> extension of California Natural Products(Cal Natural)factory facilities, to the <br /> west <br /> • West:A vacant lot, a small residential property, and McKinley Avenue.
