ARCADIS September 23, 2013 <br /> Phase II ESA <br /> UPS Freight Lathrop <br /> (CA) <br /> Collected groundwater samples were analyzed for the following constituents: <br /> • Total petroleum hydrocarbons (TPH) as Diesel Range Organics (DRO) using <br /> EPA Method 80158; <br /> • VOCs using EPA Method 8260; and <br /> • Semi-volatile organic compounds (SVOCs) using EPA Method 8270 <br /> Upon completion of sampling activities, each soil boring was abandoned with <br /> cement/bentonite grout in accordance with SJCEHD guidelines. <br /> Analytical Results <br /> Grab groundwater results collected from SB-1 through SB-7(Figure 2). Laboratory <br /> analytical reports and chain of custody documentation are presented in Attachment <br /> 3. Grab groundwater samples were collected from first encountered groundwater at <br /> approximately 13 to 15 feet below ground surface (bgs). Concentrations of TPH <br /> DRO, VOCs, or SVOCs were not detected above respective laboratory reporting <br /> limits. <br /> Waste Disposal <br /> Investigation derived waste (i.e. soil cuttings generated during drilling activities)were <br /> containerized in a properly labeled 55-gallon drum, characterized, and disposed of by <br /> Instrat, Inc. (Davis, CA).
