Permittee dosiras to enter the Property to inspect and perform certain tests and other <br /> physical inspections in oonnection with that certain anvironmerrial mvestgeow ordered by the <br /> County of San Joaquin. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,for good and valuable consideration,the parties agree as follows: <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> 1. Limited Access Rights. Owner grants Permittee, his agents, employees, and independent <br /> contractors(collectively, Permittee Parties)the right to enter the Properly during business hours <br /> (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) on business days only.
