NOW,THEREFORE,for good and valuable consideration,the parties agree as follows: AGREEMENT 1. Limited Access Rights. Owner grants Permittee, his agents, employees, and independent contractors(collectively, Permittee Parties)the right to enter the Properly during business hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) on business days only.
