This work was approved by your office on June 11, 2014. <br /> Twelve unnecessary wells are located on the Frontier Transportation property(APN 2120008) and two <br /> wells(MW-6 and MW-7)are located on the sidewalk of Industrial Way(APN 2120009). We applied for <br /> an encroachment permit for the destruction of the two wells on the street sidewalk. The encroachment <br /> permit(Permit#E14-0098) has been issued but we do not have the actual paper print of the permit.
