I did not keep a copy of the reasons for denying the <br /> report so I have gone through the SCM and have prepared the following: <br /> • Page 3 of the narrative -AA&A recommends continued quarterly groundwater monitoring for all <br /> wells. By letter dated 05 June 2009, our department approved the semi-annual monitoring and <br /> sampling of monitoring wells: MW-1, MW-2, MW-3R, MW-4, MW-8, MW-9, MW-17, MWA9, MW-20 <br /> through MW-25, and MW-27. Monitoring wells MW-5 through MW-7, MW-10 through MW-16, MW- <br /> 18 and MW-26 are to be monitored and sampled biennially. <br /> 1/27/2011 <br />
