Formulation of the SCM requires evaluation of all data of the case file at <br /> SJCEHD and results of the exposure pathway analysis. <br /> 2. Date for the SCM will be provided when all this data is at hand; <br /> estimated within 12 weeks after completion of the field work for the <br /> exposure pathway analysis. <br /> 3.
