Please let me apologize for any confusion <br /> regarding the date for our groundwater monitoring and sampling. In our meeting, I communicated to you <br /> that we would be unable to identify the location and condition of the offsite production wells downgradient <br /> of the Frontier site and obtain access agreements to sample the wells in conjunction with the groundwater <br /> sampling event scheduled for November 3. At your suggestion as a cost-saving measure, we postponed <br /> the groundwater sampling event until later this year, until the groundwater sampling at the site and <br /> downgradient of the site could be performed concurrently. <br /> I apologize for any confusion regarding this and also apologize to you for any inconvenience that you <br /> experienced by traveling to the site to observe the sampling event that has been postponed.
