At least one soil vapor sample exceeded ESI-s. There are no <br /> water supply wells or surface water receptors present within 2,000 feet of the Site. <br /> Recommendation <br /> May 2008, the Fund recommends that the San Joaquin County LOP direct the Responsible <br /> Party to assess remedial groundwater technologies and implement groundwater remediation to <br /> achieve Water Quality Objectives in a timely manner. The Fund will review this site next year to <br /> track progress. <br /> UPDATED, May 2009, by letter on 6 April 2009, the San Joaquin County LOP directed the <br /> Responsible Party to submit oxygen injection and dual phase extraction pilot test work plans. <br /> The Fund concurs and will review this site next year to track progress. <br />
