We do need to get a clarification before we
complete the encroachment permit application you furnished.
Please note that the groundwater extraction and treatment system that we are proposing to utilize will be located
entirely on the project property/site, and within the property boundaries. Further,we expect to utilize a sewer
connection located on the property/site for the groundwater discharge connection to the sewer system. In
summary,we do not anticipate having any equipment located in the public way; rather everything will be locate on
the property/site.
As such, it is not clear to us why we need to apply for an encroachment permit. We would appreciate a
clarification on this matter.
In addition, per your request I have attached the CAP and the CAP Addendum. These two reports constitute the
'workplan'for the proposed HVDPE. The addendum only address changes in the number and the design of the
DPE wells. Also attached is the Regulatory approval of the proposed HVDPE work.
Thank you,
Yarone
10/18/2011
